Save your effort. This domain name was purchased as a test and then was put in use for non-commercial purposes. There is no intent at this point to associate this domain name with any business or other venture that could use your advertising/programming/web-development/etc. services.

He then asked what it takes to get his company removed from the list, pointing out that when a potential client says he/she is not interested, they don't call him/her anymore. I pointed out how many times they have called me after I first made it obvious that I am not interested. :-)
